Yes. Our rentals include delivery, installation, scheduled servicing and collection at the end of the rental. Tell us your site location and rental period and we will confirm the full price in your quote, so there are no surprise charges.

All rentals include delivery, installation, and scheduled servicing: waste pumping, cleaning, and restocking of sanitiser and consumables. For long-term site rentals we service on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. For events we can arrange same-day multiple service runs.

We offer same-day delivery for urgent orders within Klang Valley (subject to availability). Standard lead time is 1–2 working days. For large event deployments of 50+ units, book at least 1 week in advance.

Yes. We cover the full Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Kajang, Bangi, and all of Selangor). We also serve Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Johor, and other states across Peninsular Malaysia. Contact us for delivery rates outside Klang Valley. We do not currently service East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak).

As a guide, plan 1 unit per 50 guests for events up to 4 hours and 1 unit per 30 guests for full-day events. For a 500-guest wedding that is roughly 10 to 17 units depending on how long the event runs. Add extra units if there will be a long dinner or a lot of drinks. Yes. Our Boudoir VIP and The Lux Premium units are designed for weddings, engagements, and private celebrations. They have decorative interiors, air conditioning, vanity mirrors, and premium fittings, so your guests will not feel like they are using a portable toilet.

Straight Toilet is a standard non-flush unit with a holding tank, the most economical choice and suited to construction sites. Royal Flush adds a ceramic flush toilet and wash basin. The Lux Premium is our air-conditioned unit with full amenities, ideal for weddings, VVIP events, and government functions.

Yes. We have OKU-compliant portable toilets with wide-access doors, stainless steel grab rails, and anti-slip flooring. These are often required for government projects and public events, and we can include them in any order.

Yes. We supply portable toilets and sanitation services for government events and infrastructure projects, and can provide the documentation needed for procurement and compliance.

The minimum we advise is 1 unit per 20 workers on site, and 1 unit per 10 workers is more comfortable for larger crews. Add separate male and female units where both work on site. See our construction site guide for a full table.

Employers must provide adequate sanitary facilities for all workers on site under DOSH guidelines, and CIDB site audits check sanitation as part of site compliance. A common guide is every 2 to 3 years for a household tank, and more often for restaurants, factories, or any tank that serves many people. Slow drains, bad smells, or water pooling near the tank are signs it needs pumping sooner. We can inspect your tank and advise on a schedule.
