Things to plan for in a city site or venue
- Access: tell us about narrow roads, height limits, gates, guard posts and loading times so the lorry can reach the exact spot.
- Permission: some buildings, parks and event grounds need a gate pass or approval for delivery. Send us the details early.
- Ground: units need flat, firm ground. For events on grass, tell us so we can plan the placing.
- Servicing access: keep a clear path for the vacuum tanker so servicing is not delayed.
- Timing: wedding and festive weekends fill up quickly, so book as early as you can.

How many units do you need?
For events of up to 4 hours, plan about 1 unit per 50 guests. For a full day, plan about 1 unit per 30 to 35 guests. For construction sites, plan about 1 unit for every 20 workers, with separate units for male and female workers. Our calculator gives you a quick estimate.
